Shipping Policy
We endeavour to send parcels out promptly after an order and payment is received. Parcels are sent out 1-3 working days after payment is received; however, this may change depending on the item ordered. Please ensure you read the description of the listed products as this should inform you whether the dispatch time will be any longer than stated in the store policies. The delivery fee is the responsibility of the buyer unless the threshold for free delivery is reached. Free delivery parcels are sent using the express courier, unless the buyer requests a different method i.e the post office. Tracking numbers are provided with every parcel that is sent out. Delivery time depends on the method selected upon checkout. We can not be held responsible for lost/damaged/late parcels as a result of handling by third party companies; however, we try our best to sort these problems out as best we can. Please ensure you understand the delivery time and process of each method before payment.
Refund Policy
As a small business we cannot entertain refunds. If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, please contact us and we will come up with a solution to ensure both the buyer and seller are happy.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You are more than welcome to cancel an order, provided it is done within 12 hours after the order is placed. If an item is in stock and sent out before the 12 hour mark we will not be able to proceed with the cancellation.
If you would like to return or exchange a product, please get in contact with us. Returns and exchanges can be done provided the items are returned in an unused condition and in the original packaging. The delivery fee of the returned parcel will be the responsibility of the buyer. The delivery fee of sending the new items will be the responsibility of the buyer. Due to the nature of personalised products, they cannot be exchanged or returned. Due to hygienic purposes, piercing products cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you receive faulty products or the incorrect products, please get into contact with us. Depending on the scenario, we will either refund or resend the parcel.
