Shipping Policy

Once you have placed your order, we will provide an estimated date of shipment Shipping will be via Postnet to Postnet which will be paid by the customer (R125) Shipping normally takes three working days. A Waybill number will be provided for the client to track their order once we have shipped it.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be given in the following instances:
  1. Product is not received as pictured
  2. There is possibly a piece of the jewellery that broke (due to our negligence)
  3. You are only eligible for a refund for a period of seven days after you have received your order
  4. You must provide clear photographic evidence to us that either shows that your order is not as pictured or has been damaged as a result of negligence on our side
  5. After you have provided photographic evidence to us we will be in contact to refund you and have the order shipped back to us
  6. The refund will only be made once we have received the order back
  7. The item/s must be sent back in their original packaging
  8. Failure of following this procedure will result in disqualification of receiving a refund

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Should you wish to cancel a normal order (not custom) please do so three days before estimated date of shipment. Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has begun on it and the customer will be held liable for the full fee as well as shipping which will be made to them once the order is complete. If you would like to return a product to exchange it for any reason other than it not being as pictured, or is damaged as a result negligence on our side, you will be liable to pay both shipping back to us and back to you again. The time period to exchange a product is seven days after you have received it.
