You can exchange/return all/part of your order at any time within 5 working days of receipt. We accept returns/exchanges if the goods are unused, and in a resalable condition with all tags attached. A handling fee may apply. All courier fees and logistics of returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense, unless for damaged or faulty goods. Please note that on exchanging goods on which you have received a discount, that discount will no longer apply. Refunds are paid within a month of receiving your goods, however this may be quicker depending. Cancellations will only apply if the item has NOT been shipped already.
